    Welcome

    The North West Mentoring Scheme aims to provide a high quality, confidential service to match mentees with appropriate and qualified mentors who will be able to address their mentoring needs.

    The Scheme is part of an overall strategy to develop leadership capacity at all levels in the North West.  This strategy aims to develop staff leadership abilities to lead to innovation and integration of services.  The strategy positions mentoring as one of a number of delivery mechanisms of the new NHS Leadership Framework.

    If you would like to become a mentor or a mentee, please complete a short registration form by clicking the relevant link below. Once registered you can access our events such as Mentor Training, Mentee Awareness Sessions and Network Learning Events and you will also benefit from opportunities to access recognised certificates from across a range of courses designed specifically for our members.
